5150 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using 5150's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of terms of use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 5150 platform (including the website, mobile application and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 5150's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is for users aged 18 and above only. 5150 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately.
Account creation and security responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration. 5150 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be false or misleading. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact 5150 support immediately. We will never ask for your password via email or chat.
User responsibilities and platform rules
All 5150 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the system, games or outcomes through technical or any other means.
- Do not share your account with others or allow anyone else to use your account.
- Do not use automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not take any action that could compromise the security or stability of the 5150 platform.
- Do not use a false identity or another person's information without authorisation.
- Do not attempt to access any part of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations in relation to use of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior warning, and 5150 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payment and transaction information
All financial transactions on the 5150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made via approved local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets and other methods available from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained legally. 5150 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where deemed necessary. Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies. Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or payment method verified in the account holder's name. 5150 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. This includes submission of a valid proof of identity. This process is a standard security measure to protect user accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liability limits, intellectual property and account policies
Platform liability limits
5150 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, internet connection failures or system errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials found on the 5150 platform are the exclusive property of 5150 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or use any such content without prior written consent from 5150.
Account suspension and closure
5150 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, user request, or at the platform's discretion for security reasons. In the case of suspension, the user will be contacted for clarification. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's own request will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Third-party links and services
The 5150 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 5150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to terms and applicable law
5150 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
